EB-3 China has retrogressed to October 10, 2006.
EB-3 Rest-of-World and EB-3 Mexico have retrogressed to April 1, 2011
EB-3 Philippines has advanced to January 1, 2008
Eb-2 China has advanced to May 22, 2009
F-2A rest-of-world has retrogressed to May 1, 2012
F-2B rest-of-world has retrogressed to April 1, 2007
